Observatoire Oceanologique

This is the first announcement about the 2004 Antirrhinum meeting. The meeting will be held in Banyuls, France, from Wednesday May 5 through Sunday May 9, 2004.

Accomodation will be arranged at the Villa Camille, a charming XIXth century Hotel next to the seafront. The Villa is now run by the City of Banyuls and we're hoping a very reasonable deal on prices. The venue of the meeting will be 50 m away from the Villa, at the Observatoire Oceanologique where they've got a great lecture theatre overlooking the sea (see pictures herewith attached if you want to get an idea).

Closest airports are in order of increasing distance : Perpignan, Carcassonne (Ryanair from the UK), Montpellier, Toulouse, Barcelona, Nimes
There are regular trains from each of the previous cities to Banyuls.

As usual, information is circulated through group leaders. If you notice errors or omissions please let me know.

If you want to know why we preferred organising the meeting in Banyuls rather than Toulouse: http://www.banyuls-sur-mer.com/
